Window & door products are second to none. Warranty is excellent - there's never a question when something needs replacing or repairing. Some very slight suggested improvements - the repair office often don't answer their phone (which I can understand if they are busy) but their voicemail system is full which means you can't leave a message - the only way to get to them when I needed to, was to choose another option and have them transfer me over, which is a little annoying.
