We had our roof installed December 2021, we had a small leak in a bedroom in early September 2022, they were prompt to reply and service it with a repair. Unfortunately, less than 3 weeks later we now have a major leak and lots of water damage. When I called Tim initially informed me that it would be 48 hours and someone would be out.
