    I had a full roof replacement done in July 2020. The sales representative (Matt) and office manager (Heather) that I worked with were amazing. The crew was thorough and respectful (as respectful as you can be when you’re tearing someone’s roof apart). The process started with Matt coming out and assessing the roof, he spent probably 20-30 minutes taking pictures and traveling the perimeter. In my opinion this was a necessary and appreciated step.
