Had someone from this company come out to estimate my roof. I wasnt entirely happy with my experience. I notified them of my concerns. The part owner Catherine called me and spoke with me, she went above and beyond to address my concerns as well as offer me a great estimate on my roof. I would give them an A+ for customer service and appreciate it very much. I wish all businesses took care of customers like they do.

I've had about 3 new roofs installed over the decades, and L&S Home Improvements is by far superior to any other company I've ever dealt with. They are professional, courteous, and honest.
