I hired Mario's Roofing out of Stouthton to do a new Roof for my guest house in Sudbury, MA. They were extremely professional, fast, and efficient. I am very happy with their level of service and would highly recommend them.
Had an estimate 2 weeks ago was told it would be less than a week. Had an appointment for this morning and didn't hear back after 3 calls and 3 texts on my end. Finally heard back at noon and was told they would be here right when the crew finished up. It's now 5 and still no follow up despite many more calls and texts from me. The nor'easter tonight and tomorrow should do some solid damage to the new floor and walls in the basement due to puddling and seepage.
Lost some shingles in high winds this past weekend. On referral from a friend who owns several properties, called Mario's Monday morning to see if they could come check on roof integrity and, if compromised, make repairs ASAP because of big snow storm expected Tuesday.
