McClellands installed a roof, new overhang gutters, and minor chimney repair. When I had issues with the downspout pipe (old) under the house, McClellands came out quickly, detached the downspout and hung a rain chain I had. They worked with me to trouble shoot further when the rain chain flooded my path in heavy rain. Our roofing project went very smoothly! First, Brock McClelland came out to our home, inspected the roof and climbed up into the attic to inspect for any leaks. We had 1 gable vent and Brock discussed with us his plan of adding additional vents for better airflow. Quote for our project was sent quickly and was fair. I needed a new roof after purchasing my home. McClellands was so easy to work. Brock showed up to do the initial inspection and quote which was extremely fair.
