Terrible company. Absolutely no communication, all they did was send bills through email. I must’ve received 20 of them. I didn’t even know what they were for. They initially came to fix a leak. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to tell me about it. Then I had asked him about replacing my roof. Their quote was ridiculously high! I could never get a returned call but they sure sent me a lot of bills over email. I called to find out what the bill was for and I have it explained no one ever retur... Read more

We hired Mcclellans based on what appeared to be good reviews but I think anyone else like me should know to demand timeline for project in contract otherwise your bathroom remodel they told you would “be no more than 14weeks” to start will turn into 20 weeks with them telling you maybe another 4 weeks even then. Had an estimate done. Was told I would have it that night. Guy was there literally 5 min. Yes this was a Saturday. Never got the estimate. Called Tuesday morning. Told I’ll have it. Still nothing. I’ll go else where.
