Called to investigate a leak, though my issues turned out not to be with the roof, McClellands came over and thoroughly assessed the situation, provided me with photos of their findings, and even unclogged a downspout that they noticed. I had tried several other places to get missing shingles looked at. Some never responded, some said theyd come look but didnt. One gave a quote but couldnt do the work until mid summer. Shannon came out to inspect our roof and gives us a quote on some shingles torn off in a storm. Instead, he offered to fix it right then and drove up to Lowes, grabbed what he needed, got to work, and had everything patched up nicely within an hour! Super friendly, quick to respond, great customer service!
McClelland Roofing responded quickly and sent someone out to assess my issue. I had some siding blown off in the last storm. They covered the damaged area and are sending a crew to repair the damage in a few weeks. McClelland is the best.
