They were great from the estimate through scheduling to the work day. During the estimate, David answered all of my (many) questions and worked through follow up issues and adjustments with me. The day of work, they had their project manager Rob on site all day, he was friendly, helpful, really went above and beyond and clearly had a good rapport and working relationship with the crew doing the work, which is crucial. I'd recommend!
I cannot say enough about Rob and McClellands Contracting and Roofing CO. They arrived around 7:30 to replace our roof and shed roof. The whole job was completed and cleaned up by 2:00 with a beautiful job well done. Roof looks fantastic. Rob kept in touch sending pictures step by step as they moved along with the process. Such a wonderful, friendly and caring individual to have on the job. I will recommend McClellands to anyone that is in need of a new roof!
My experience with McClellands has been mediocre. I will start by saying that everyone there has been extremely pleasant to work with, their prices seem reasonable, and the work that has actually been completed is beautiful. My issues are with communication and timing. I am giving them 4 stars for the project that is completed, and zero stars for the project that has not been completed, but I'm willing to revisit this review once that project is done.
