I recently contacted McClellands about two different projects, a basement renovation and a gutter repair. The scheduling person was great, and was able to get an initial appointment scheduled for both in a reasonable time frame. The walkthrough for the basement project was fairly quick, but the estimate came back ~30% higher than the next highest that we received, so we were likely not going to go in that direction.
