I had a concern of a roof issue on my house and their crew was working 3 houses away. I approached a worker (Rob) who was eating his lunch and I described my concern. He set his lunch aside and said "let's go take a look". On my roof, Rob found two holes caused by racoons and he proceeded to put a temporary fix to avoid further damage.
