I had a concern of a roof issue on my house and their crew was working 3 houses away. I approached a worker (Rob) who was eating his lunch and I described my concern. He set his lunch aside and said "let's go take a look". On my roof, Rob found two holes caused by racoons and he proceeded to put a temporary fix to avoid further damage. We initially contacted McClellands to inquire about a new roof. What attracted us to them were the reviews. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! A new roof soon turned into a full exterior renovation. We worked with a reccommended loan officer (Pam with Dollar bank was exceptional to work with!) 3 days later they started work on our home and in 5 days, finished an entire exterior remodel. We were very pleased with the work done on our roof. Rob, the project manager, was very friendly and conscientious about answering any questions we had and about making sure there was no debris left anywhere including our neighbors’ properties. It was a very windy day and things were blowing everywhere! Due to the wind, and the tarps blowing around, part of our siding had some dirt left on it.
