Dan, Gavin and Chris. Impressive display of knowledge. True problem solvers. The salesman Kevin talked real big on the three fellas ^^^ coming to fix the roof and he was not wrong. Super knowledgeable and they stepped up to plate and knocked a grand slam. Very rare in these days.

The whole experience was great. Starting with that first telephone call. Nick Brott came over and inspected and gave us a quote. He made it easy for us to decide who we were going with. He was straight forward and honest. And kept his word. He made the whole process easy with no stress on us. The crew that replaced the roof, was on time and professional. Quick install, consistent updates. Nick was a great sales representative, did not try to upsell, knowledgeable, available during the whole process. My roof was quite old and had water damage/rot on alot of the boards under the shingles. Even with the plywood needed for alot of the roof, Melvin Belk Roofing was cheaper than the big companies without losing quality or customer service. Good company for the average home owner. Will likely use again for other home projects.
