Melvin Belk did a sunroom for us after storm damage. We had a crew, Frank and Sergio, who completed the project… doing the building, painting, etc. Melvin Belk also did the roofing and helped with windows. We were happy with the completed sunroom. It did take longer than expected as crews changed. But, in the end, we had a good crew with Frank and Sergio. Jose helped with window problems..beyond his control, with ordering and then screens which were put in wrong. Insurance thankfully covered...

We are extremely pleased with the work done. From the very first meeting and estimate to the project's completion, everything was friendly, professional, and done on time. The workers were very careful around our landscaping, and were thorough with the clean up. The overall price was very reasonable! Nick and Andrew came out for a hail inspection did not find any damage. This is a very honest company and definitely would refer them to anyone. Fixed my leak while they were here as well. Great job gentleman you were awesome

Had some hail damage and decided to get someone out to inspect the roof/house. Melvin Belk was the second company we had come out and I'm SO GLAD that we did. Nick went over all the obvious (and not so obvious) hail damage to the roof, gutters, and siding and he showed me pictures from all over the roof and around the house. He helped navigate the whole insurance headache and even made it a point to be here when the insurance adjuster came to be sure he actually got on the roof and did a proper ...
