Hello Virginia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we are confused by the concerns raised in your review, as they do not align with the scope of work that was agreed upon and completed. The first line of the signed contract states: "Roofing Tear Off & Clean-up of (1) Layer Old Roofing on upper section of roof only. (Color: Portion Of House)" At Noah's request, only that specific section of the roof was replaced. We were not contracted to perform a full roof replacement. Throughout the project, all communication regarding the work was between Andrew and Noah. The only concern communicated to us was that shingles were sliding off due to poor installation by a previous contractor. Additionally, when Andrew spoke with Noah on June 5, 2026, Noah expressed that he was happy with the work and that everything had gone well. We are disappointed by this review because we completed the work exactly as requested and according to the signed agreement. We take pride in delivering the services our customers ask for and expect. We are always happy to provide full roof replacements when requested and agreed upon, but in this case, the project was specifically limited to the upper section of the roof.
