After the hail storm damaged our roof the insurance adjuster met with a roofing company representative that had been suggested to us. The Rep said they would do the roof when the funds were available but never came back. We called multiple times and were finally told that the roof would not be replaced until spring. Judith, we are so glad we were able to help you out! Thanks for mentioning some key team members that helped with the process, from the receptionist, to the sales man, and even the gentleman who brings the dump trailer. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. Please call us for any future projects that may came up or if anyone you know needs some work done!

For something I didn't want to have to do, they made it all very easy for me. Kept up communication as time changes were needed (rained out). And cleanup was good, couldn't even tell a roof was roofed after all said and done.

Melvin Belk did an outstanding job on our roof in 2017. We needed new gutters this year so called them first and was not disappointed.

We chose Melvin Belk because they were very professional, honest and easy to communicate with at any time. They stood by everything that they said they would do. The staff (especially Cal and his workers) worked hard at making everything to a high standard. In a time that customer service is declin... Read more
