Our roof has a small leak and we need some help finding what are best options where to fix it. The first employee sent out wasn’t very helpful, we decide to try again and explain our problem with another team member, Chris was amazing! He came out twice and actually looked for the leak, and even went into our crawl space attic to help find the leak- if we ever need a new roof Chris is the guy we will definitely give a call too!

Caleb with Melvin Belk Roofing came out and did some repair work to our roof after we sustained wind damage in the Comstock Park tornado in August 2023. He did this repair work for free. He said there wasn't enough to submit an insurance claim but it needed to be fixed. We appreciate him being honest and doing the work for free. He did tell us we have about 5 years left on our roof in his professional opinion. We will keep this in mind when we need to replace our roof in the future. We definitel... Read more
