They were prompt and completed the roof installation very quickly. My only gripe is that the workers placed the hot shingles they removed from our roof onto our lawn and created burn marks in the grass throughout our property. It’s a week before 4th of July and we have out of town guests arriving.
Im sorry that this happened. It is sometimes unavoidable with some roofs when hot weather occurs. We need to put tarps on the ground to catch any debris form the shingles being torn off. We usually try to carry debris across the roof and throw it directly in the dump trailer but due to the steepness or structure of the roof this is not always possible. The heat can cause the grass to burn in spots, fortunately this is just a temporary condition which repairs itself in a week or so. We have tried using vented tarps which helps but doesnt alleviate the problem entirely and it allows some very small particles to escape. Im sorry it was a less than perfect experience for you . We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, .
The whole process from estimate to finished roof was a breeze. Great deal, quality work and easy communication. I would definitely recommend!
