The guys at Melvin Belk were personable, professional and available. Throughout the entire process our project manager, Dan, communicated with us. Whenever we had a question he was responsive and clear. I had an adjuster come out to look at my roof during the week. So, I got several quotes and Melvin Belk was the cheapest by 1400.00 and with better quality shingles. We went with them. The roofers did an amazing job on the roof. It looks excellent. My only complaint is the roofers didn't speak English and it seems the communication between Melvin Belk and the roofers wasn't that great. Thank You for your business and review. We apologize for the brief communication problem. The foreman was called away on an emergency and we were unaware. We have made adjustments to make certain that this doesn't happen in the future. As for tearing off more shingles this was done at our expense and not yours. We endeavor to make all our customers happy and while we are happy that we made you ultimately happy we are sorry we weren't as perfect as we should be.
