Mike Lewis from Mr. Roof came to our house to inspect a leak in the ceiling of our mud room. He immediately identified the cause of the leak and quickly fixed it. Not only did Mike arrive early, but his was professional and showed me pictures of the problem and how he fixed it. I would definitely work again with Mike in the future should we have any more roofing problems.
Wonderful experience and customer service. Andy was able to answer all of our questions and concerns with great detail and knowledge. He was also able to show us samples of the different types of shingles and liners they offer which was great to compare side by side. Definitely recommend.
Just worked with service tech Greg Estep. Who was very accommodating and was able to complete a repair on our house when we were at work. He sent me before and after pictures via text. We had our entire roof replaced a year and a half ago and Mr. Roof has been great about repairing in twice after some light storm damage. I can't compare them to another roof company and can't say I am a very discerning customer when it comes to roofing, but my experience has been very positive.
