Just had some Warranty work done for a new roof installed in 2019. Not a major issue but they came out when they said they would and repaired the area in question. I appreciated that they acknowledged the nature of the issue and took action to correct it without a fuss. I worked for many years handling contractor issues and saw a lot of foot dragging. Not in my case with Mr Roof. Thank you for the hassle free Warranty work. I would work with Mr Roof again.
The two gentlemen who came out were polite, patient, informative, thorough and quite nice on top of all the other good thing I can say. I am confident that I will have Mr. Roof install a new roof for my home and garage soon.
