Had some chimney repairs done in August and noticed that the tuck pointing I paid for was not completed. I called and told them and they said they would send someone out that weekend. They never showed. Told them they never showed and said they would be there Monday. Never showed again… called again. They said they would be here today. Guess what never showed. I’m in no rush to have this completed but if you’re going to tell someone you will be there then please be there.
For all the promises of lifetime warranty... here's 12 years later. First: 12 years ago we had a brand new driveway. Their dump truck cracked the driveway. When we complained, we were told we should have asked them to park on the street if we had concerns they would damage our driveway. Second: the lifetime warranty is only good if they come come (paid) and inspect the roof. We found this out years later when we called to tell them the roof was leaking in our bathroom. They had the worst costumer service and when we tried to talk to the owner he seemed like he care very little
I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience has been terrible. If I could leave no stars I would. From the start my sales person Kyle would not respond to me even after I called the main office several times. Finally I asked for a new sales person and Victor was able to get my roof scheduled and it was finally completed. Now I have a bill but they never came out to inspect the roof after completion as promised. I've contacted my new sales person and the office and nothing but crickets. I wan... Read more
