First, the good: The sales person, Brandon, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. In my opinion, he deserves a promotion. The overall quality of the roof product is also excellent, with the caveat shared below.

Greg Estes did a great job fixing a problem on our roof. Problem happened 9 years after Mr Roof installed our roof. Happy to say, no cost to us since the roof was still under warranty!
Pete and Tyler from Mr. Roof were so helpful and walked us through everything before hand so we understood the process. We really enjoyed working with them and having them help us get the best solutions for our roof leak.
Our Technician was David Montgomery. He was very polite and courteous. We would highly recommend Mr.Roof.
