I called to setup an appointment to have an estimate performed for a roof leak. I was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I assumed I would get a call that day no later than the next. I received a call more than 7 days later. I was told by the representative they had over 200 calls to return, and that is what caused the delay. It seemed a bit extreme, and not a very valid reason for not returning a call or being informed at the time of my call there would be a delay.... Read more
