I needed a repair to my roof since it was leaking into my garage. Prior to calling Mr. Roof, I had a couple of other roofers come out and they were no help. Schedule an appointment the day before with Mr. Roof and they stated Mike Lewis will be there at 8am. Mike was prompt and took pictures of where the leak inside was happening and went onto the roof. Terrible customer service! The day of my install the crew showed up on time. They left less than an hour later without saying a word. I called the guy I had been working with, Derrick Yates, no answer, voice mailbox full. I text him asking what's going on. No response. After another hour I call the office, the "project manager" had stepped out. They promised a call back in 30 minutes. An hour later I call the office again. After being on hold I finally get Derrick.
