Their warranty service is disgusting; I called this morning because I've got a leak where they made repairs and they can't come and check it out until October 1st!!!!! Seems to me they must have an awful lot of complaint calls because of the rain and their shoddy work.
I love my new roof! After having a iffy start Josh Hall came out and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! He worked with my insurance company and went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly.
