I would definitely recommend Mr Roof to anybody needing roofing services. They were not the highest quote or the lowest, but I believed their quote to be the most comprehensive and the best value. The entire experience, from estimate to install, was pain-free and easy. When there was a problem, Mr Roof handled it quickly and professionally. I had my awesome new roof less than 2 weeks after I first contacted them, and the install/clean-up took one day. Call Mr Roof!!!

Not reputable. First estimate was $500 for repair work, i saw a representative at the Pet Expo and they said I needed another estimate and gave me a $250 gift card and a %10 coupon which I was specifically told I could use for repair. During the second estimate I was quickly told the gift card and coupon could not be used. Was told there us about about a $1000 minimum for repair work. In the end the guy had to ask his manager if he could do the work and he called back and said they wouldn't ... Read more

Had a leaking roof that needed to be replaced. I had quotes already from a couple other companies. The sales are a little high pressure in that they offer you a significant discount good for one day only. Thankfully I had a few other quotes already so I knew their price was fair. The big selling points were the longer warranty and quick time to get the work started. They give you a detailed breakdown of everything they will do which is great. Terrible customer service. I still can't believe that NO ONE would return my calls to finalize the estimate I had been given ! Clearly Able has too much business, but from my experience I don' see how ?? As a follow up to the owner's response from two weeks ago, I have heard nothing ! Obviously you didn't get the ' right people " involved.
