We were completely satisfied with the team from Mr. Roof. Victor Houston, Ron Hubbard, Madeline from the office, and the entire crew were wonderful and attentive to our needs. Ron especially made sure our questions were answered and followed-up after the job was finished. We had an old slate roof removed, and the crew worked hard all day. EDIT 7/24/18: Able sent an electrician to fix our ac which is a definite positive! I will keep editing the review as things get resolved. My husband & I decided to use Able for our roof/siding/gutters. We were extremely pleased with the whole process with our roof. Very happy with our interactions with Able Roofing. The entire transaction from estimate to completion was well done. Because I was not home (funeral) when the work was done there was one tricky configuration that wasn't done the way I would have liked it (not their fault, their work was good) and when I remarked on it they came back right away and reworked this small portion. This review is limited to the initial estimate conducted by David Edlin, because at this time the work has not been scheduled. David coordinated his arrival, was exceptionally polite and very knowledgeable. He explain all aspects of the inspection, type of repairs needed, quality of the supplies to be used and answered all questions. If the work is performed as well as the estimate, I will be totally satisfied.
