Called the office on Monday October 1 @10:30 am about water leaks after rainfall. The earliest appointment was scheduled for Friday, October 5th. The appt was for 2pm and was told they wold come prior to the appt to take measurements of our home. After waiting 30 minutes past scheduled appt, I called the office because they hadn't showed up. Mr. Roof goes above board in the materials they use to MAKE sure that your roof is safe and secure and very well may last a lifetime. Everyone has been great in helping with the cost, the very nice if needed warranty, to paying my bill. I would recommend Mr. Roof over and over again.
