Got a quote we felt was respectable for a roof repair that we were not financially prepared for. As we saved the roof began leaking worse and we called Able to have it “tarped” before the repair was made. They quoted us $550.00 over the phone and stated that money would not be applied to our repair. $550.00 to tarp a 10x10 section of roof seems a bit excessive. I was very satisfied with the work that was done by Mr Roof . When the work was complete my roof and gutters made the house look much better than before. I was not happy with the time that it took to complete the job however there customer service rep Amy did stay in touch with me to keep me updated on any changes . Thank you Amy .
