I recently hired Mr. roof (11/19/2025) for a pretty big job, 17 sqare roof all new decking, chimney had a huge hole in it, several trees in the way, and new rafters. Extremely happy with the job they did!! everything looks fantastic, and their workmanship was top notch!! Excellent!!!!! I had my roof replaced on my house in Cincinnati Ohio. Joe was the saleman and he was nice and professional. The roofers also did a great job. The customer service/phone personnel are people not AI, and were very good, no short cuts. I am extremely happy with them 2 years later when I needed a copy of my paid invoice for my insurance company.

Mr. Roof replaced my roof on 11/13/2025. They not only met, but beat the best of 3 quotes. Wayne was great to work with in the sales department and took care of my referral. When he submitted the referral, I got an immediate call from Mr. Roof because they didn’t catch that it was a referral and wanted to know how they could help with any issue.
