Ernie Demastus from Mr. Roof came out the day after I called to have someone come and provide an estimate regarding fixing a leak in our roof. Ernie was supernice and easy to speak with. He did not pressure us to replace the whole roof and gave us a good quote on repairing and replacing a section of our roof. Don’t be a sucker like I was. Eric is a great sales man, but he over promises and way under deliver. They said that there would be a site manager who would update me throughout the process, that was a lie. Chase didn’t tell me when construction started, and didn’t let me know construction wasn’t going to be finished by the time I got home.
