The biggest con is how these people still selling roofs. 10 years ago our house had a roof put on by this company. Over the past 5 years we would get an odd leak. I never believed it was the roof. Because Mr roof put it on. What a sucker I was! Had them come out 1st they tell me well the labor warranty is gone but you still have material warranty. Horrible experience, be prepared for broken promises, multiple cancellations/no shows, call-offs and excuses. This is our experience with Mr. Roof over a 2 month period! Technicians were scheduled for repairs 3 times and either didn't show or were called off. We had to call to see why they didn't show up as scheduled. After the 3rd time we did ask for a refund.
