We bought their best roof 13k in July of 2016. Here we are 1 year and 1 month later and have had 4 leaks. That is correct 4!!!! We bought new boards and all!!! My husband calls them today at 2:00pm because there is a water spot on my living room ceiling 4' long and they finally show up at 7:30pm to put a tarp up for the 2nd time which means those new boards now have holes in them!!! The installation was very efficient and done in a short period of time. The company guaranteed they would clean up. They did not. I found nails all over my property. I stepped on them and my animals stepped on them. My gutters leak right onto my window screens. When I asked them to come out and look, the man who was to come out would not call me on my cell phone and just came when he wanted and told me my gutters were full of leaves, which they were not.
