Called them for a est. On my siding for 1100 sqf home they gave me a 10505 est. I have est. From othere less then 3500 and when they called me to ask how was my experience i told them bad how can they charge me 9k for just labor and 1500 for the supplies then they proceeded to call me a lyer saying theres no way i have a est. For 3500 and that it would cost 10k to do the job wow there calling me right now for the 3rd time these people are rude and very high for such a small job

This is a follow up to my previous post: I called back later the same day and spoke with a different lady who was nice and sent my information to a technician to come look at the leak (he came the same day). He told my husband the leak is because out attic is too insulated and the roof isn't ventilated enough so its condensation. I know Scott Dowling personally and so when it came time to get a new roof, I know I wanted to work with Able just because they employ a great guy like Scott. Fortunately, I was in luck because I wanted something special and Able was probably one of they few companies that would have accommodated me. We just had several miscellaneous repairs completed on our house. We had a small roof repair, some gutters replaced, fascia boards replaced, a piece of siding and some exterior trim.
