This company has a glitzy presentation and may be overemphasizing their materials and pitch on how their product is the only one that works. A couple weeks ago we had some bad storms, water was leaking in my basement. Of course I panicked, thought it was a plumbing issue-got someone to come out, they said it was not; but instead a water proofing issue. Called waterproofing they said it was coming from the chimney.
