Couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Marc Hansson did an excellent job of explaining the whole installation process and warranty and gave me a fair estimate. The crew came out to replace my roof within 2 weeks of me signing the contract and completed the job in about 10 hours. They were professional, hardworking, and cleaned up well. There was some miscommunication as to when someone would be out to complete our roof. I contacted Mr.Roof and told them the situation. Later that day a manager called me and informed me they could have someone out a couple days later! I appreciated that they fixed the situation quickly and didn't give me a hassle! Would definitely recommend Mr.Roof!!
