They put siding on my house. Took down my outside lights, now most of them do not work. They put them back up with deck screws. Not the proper way.

Have found SIX roofing nails in our yard, driveway, and pool (thankfully, no one stepped on them. Hopefully, there are no more). They also left a piece of sticky roof material hanging from the electrical wires to our house. My son and I got it down. They also left a gash on a limb of our Japanese maple tree. This was a very disappointing experience. We had birds in our attic from a damaged soffit/fascia in recent storms, and was very clear with the sales agent that replacing all soffits was the immediate priority to fix it, as we were paying for animal removal and needed the temporary wire over the opening fixed immediately. Mr Roof arrived on time and got to business. It was a hot humid day and we did get a downpour in the middle of the installation. However, they covered up the roof, waited it out, and completed the roof that day. I love it! My neighbors have high praise for the quality and look of the roof. Afterwards, they cleaned up, removed any errant nails, and other materials. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family when they need a new roof!
