Very unhappy with Mr. Roof. When I first originally booked work with Dave, the sales guy, he told me if I applied for financing, I wouldn't be charged interest the first 12 months. He SPECIFICALLY told me there is no minimum monthly payments and I would be able to make any amount of payments the first 12 months, interest free. AFTER 12 months, then I would be charged interest. Able roof came out to my house for a roof repair. The salesman Richie was very professional and knowledgeable with their product. Ended up getting a complete new roof. They tear off and install was done in one day. Had a little hiccup with one little issue with the roof . Talked to the project manger and they took care of it immediately. Very pleased with how the roof turned out. Thank you to the Able team for fixing my roof!
Found water spots on my kitchen ceiling a few weeks ago so called Mr. Roof. They sent out Mike Lewis today. My appointment window was 9-11. He called around 8:30 and said he was on his way. He even called when he pulled in the driveway so I could get my dogs put up! He explained everything and took before & after pictures of what he would be repairing. And the best part of all he did the repairs immediately!! I've never had that happen before! Job well done, Mike.
