Mr Roof replaced our roof a year ago. With the last heavy rain during hurricane, we found a big leak in our bay window. We called and the warranty department sent someone out the same day to tarp our roof and set an appointment up to be repaired. Mike came out and temporarily fixed the leak until our appointment date.
