Mike Lewis has worked at my house twice in the last year. He removed 2 chimneys for me and replaced the roof and repaired a box gutter today....yes today is a holiday and Mike was here early and worked all day because of rainy weather moving in tonight..great guy very hard working and honest. I will never use any other company for his type work.

Our experience has been completely different. We are on month 4 for a 2 day job to be completed. They scheduled today, yes on labor day, to finish up on some shoddy work from when they first started the job. Guess what? They did not show nor did they call to reschedule. I guess they are enjoying the holiday while we are sitting around waiting. Nice.

Mike Lewis is an absolute professional!! He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and promptly fixed it. Very reasonable with pricing and went above and beyond to make sure that my biggest financial investment (my house) was and is protected from the elements. If your going to hire Mr. Roof in Louisville, I would suggest asking for Mike Lewis. He definitely knows his stuff and is great to work with.

We bought their best roof 13k in July of 2016. Here we are 1 year and 1 month later and have had 4 leaks. That is correct 4!!!! We bought new boards and all!!! My husband calls them today at 2:00pm because there is a water spot on my living room ceiling 4' long and they finally show up at 7:30pm to put a tarp up for the 2nd time which means those new boards now have holes in them!!!
