I called Mr Roof after hail damage in April... They worked very well with my insurance Co. to get things moving as quickly as possible. We've had several opportunities to use Mr Roof and we've been very satisfied every time. Most recently, we had a few issues that we needed fixed and Mike Lewis came out to assess the problem. He was on-time, thorough with his examination and went above and beyond to get our repairs completed timely. Because we were unsure of the scope of work needed at the time of setting the appointment, he needed parts he didn't have with him. Had some new, larger downspouts added to my home. The fellow from Mr. Roof looked at the job and made several suggestions. Looking at the complicated roof line, he recommended a new downspout configuration to re-route the rain water . Furthermore, he suggested a rain guard on some gutters to keep the rain away from the front entry way. Brilliant!
