Mr Roof was not at all helpful when the representative came out to look at our roof. He quoted us a ridiculous amount of money, and Ignored our questions about filing an insurance claim due to water damage, and ultimately we decided to get quotes from other companies that helped us get our roof completely replaced with a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend Mr Roof to friends or family!
I had my roof replaced 9 years ago and they charged me for plywood they didn't put on and my roof still leaked I fought with them for 3 years after the installation and now it's leaking again! I currently have a leak in the roof and when I called about my 30 year warranty I was told it was only on the shingles if they were damaged or broken ! So much for the WONDERFUL warranty they brag about. Now I'm going with a real reputable company !
We are neighbors of someone that used Able roofing. The workers tore up our new lawn we just planted and were told the supervisor would be over to talk to us about it. We never heard from or seen the supervisor. They almost backed there truck up into our gasline and house and they could have cared less.
