I am in my late 40's and I was looking for a roof that I was not going to have to have replaced again. I talked to one contractor who said the shingles he used had a lifetime warranty, but when you look into it, they have a full 15-year warranty and then a prorated warranty thereafter. My advice, make sure and read the fine print. I talked to Able Roofing. I checked out their Thunder Guard shingles. They have a real lifetime warranty. I am pleased with the service provided by Mr. Roof! Our new roof and gutters look great. The majority of the process was seamless however there were some miscommunication issues during the install. Overall it was a good experience! I would recommend them to friends & family!
