Matt, a sales person from Mr. Roof, knocked on my door the day after we had a hail storm and asked if he wanted me to have him check the roof of my house for damage. I off offhandedly told him that if he wanted to check out my roof for free then he could knock himself out. I am GLAD I said yes! Turns out the hail was far worse then I thought. I had hail damage. They are flat out thieves. I paid for roof service upfront on 7-10-17 and the services were never rendered. The contractor Marc Hasson has not responded to any of my phone calls or emails. I called again today simply cancel the service request and to request a refund. I was told I had to speak with the contractor in order to cancel the service. Needless to say, I've escalated this matter to the proper authorities.
