Crappy service. Called them on the 20th for an estimate. They charge 20 bucks for a satellite estimate. Thats great, I thought....I needed an estimate on a roof for a house we are purchasing. It's now the 28th and haven't heard from anyone. She said "I'll put a rush on it for you." How long does it actually take to get a satellite picture and give an estimate....I figured at most a couple days. Calling tomorrow fir my $20 refund.

We have tried to have Mr roof install new windows and every time we schedule an appointment Jeremie cancels our appointment. After a month of non stop cancellations we've decided to go elsewhere

They ripped me off...i just put a roof on a customers house in Eastpointe Mi. Pulled city permits and Had the roof inspected at dry in stage and at completion Passed in both accounts. ..somebody named Gary from Mr. Roof, told the customer we put the roof on wrong and sold the customer another roof, tearing off my perfectly good work. I should have pushed the issue and sued, but i waited too long...watch out.....these guys are CROOKS. Im out $5500.00 OUCH

Mike Lewis came out to my home. He was on time, quick, efficient and did a great job. Would defiantly recommend Mr.Roof for future new roof or repairs.
