Our new roof is scheduled for installation in two days so this review is about the sales process: our rep, Song Hong, was knowledgeable and professional. He priced out multiple options and explained our choices. we have a complicated roofing situation but he was able to accommodate our needs. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience.

Fantastic service and AWESOME crew! Victor broke down the options available and walked us step by step with how to deal with our insurance company. Once the insurance company was ready to inspect the roof, Victor made sure he was here with them. The roof crew came out and replace the roof in one day. The cleanup was on point. Prompt arrival, thoroughly cleaned before they left. Most importantly, they were done in 1 day like they said! Dish back on my roof and it worked! Didnt have to pay the $50.00 for the cable company to come. I will use them again!

Very Happy with Mr. Roof. From start to finish, couldn't be more pleased. Song Hong was the best. Talk about going above and beyond, not only did he explain everything we needed to know about the roof, he even carried in the groceries when my wife came home from the grocery store. The roofers did a great job too. They were very professional, did a great job, cleaned up and made our house look good as new. Thanks Mr. Roof!
