My experience started off with John Rutherford who was awesome and honest and said I didn't need a new roof or even that large of a repair. He set me up with an appointment with Able's same day service. They came out not only on time but early. Gave me a great price and made the repair on the spot. No more leaky roof!
Mr. Roof did a fantastic job! They finished our roof in a day and it looks fantastic! We also had them do our gutters, downspouts and soffits, our house looks amazing! A big thank you to the team that worked on our house!
They gave me an estimate, and took a 500 dollar deposit on May 5th.
They would not return my calls requesting a projected time frame, and when I finally did get a hold of someone on about the 11th I was informed that they would only schedule my roof if another job was also in the same area so they would not have to make the trip for one job.
