As a condominium association manager, I often work with Able Roofing. They provide a wide variety of services, making my job easier when it comes to obtaining quotes. For me, they have managed jobs as small as $500 all the way up to $2.25 mil. They leave the job site clean and get the job done in a timely manner. I have never had any resistance when I call regarding a warranty issue. They just take care of it. I would definitely recommend them to other property managers.
I recently had a problem with a part that blew off my chimney. Able had installed a new vent topper last year so I called them to discuss the part that had been lost.
Even though I was past the warranty period, they sent a supervisor out to look at my problem. It turns out that the part was the original vent stack not installed as a part of the topper.
