We purchased a new roof back in 2013 and I absolutely love it. It looks very nice! The cost was more than fair and beat the competitors pricing. They were quick to get the new roof on as well, in and out in a days time. I did have a leak though, not any fault of the material but due to the odd shape of my roof and how the material had to be placed on there. Had our roof done over a year ago and haven't had any issues, they were super nice and professional. One of the workers accidentally dropped the hammer off the roof hitting my car window in the driveway, they paid to have the window replaced and was very very apologetic. I understand that things happen, couldn't have been more satisfied.

Once again tonight it's raining and the roof is leaking. The service person came out from Mr. Roof three weeks ago and I never heard from him again. Do not use Mr Roof. Poor customer service, poor follow through. My roof is less than two years old, installed by Mr. Roof, and it has leaked every year since installation. I call customer service to have someone come out and make repairs and customer service tries to talk me out of it. When I finally schedule an appointment, they almost never show ... Read more
