Bad Costumer Service 1. Ask for an estimate 2. Estimator came to check roof 3. Said he comes back next week to give estimate 4. He arrived the next week and I ask for the estimate but he want to speak with the home owner (he didn't specify last week that he had to talk to home owner due to corporate policy) 5. The price was right and the warranty was the best in the business. The roof went well, though it was a little dusty. I suppose I should have expected. I wish the estimator would have made that more clear.
