New Generation Group replaced our roof. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, Carrie and Shane. We had known for some time that the roof needed work, but cost was a major concern. After inspecting our roof, Tom pointed out that the type of damage that we had sustained would probably be covered by insurance. He then helped resolve the insurance claim so that we could get a new roof for a fraction of the price that we expected to pay. The crew showed up on the scheduled day, did an excellent job in less than seven hours, and performed a thorough cleanup. My wife and I are very satisfied. We will have other projects for NGG in the near future.

I was fortunate to have been chosen for a roof replacement at no cost. It sounded too good to be true...but it wasn't. Ryan and Nick were excited to make the offer and were professional throughout. They even used top of the line shingles when they could have chosen otherwise since they were giving it away. I was impressed that Nick reached out a couple of times to keep me aware of the progress they were making including when they would be finished and the excess materials removed.
