I contacted Shane about an issue with my roof ridge vent that needed to be repaired ASAP to avoid potential leaking. The aluminum ridge vent that my builder installed blew up due to heavy winds. Shane responded immediately and worked quickly to assess the situation and get a crew out to fix the problem. He was able to have a crew out very quickly and ahead of potential rain which I greatly appreciated. Matthew Dawson Jarrell is incredible asset to a incredible company. He is an excellent communicator and always fulfills his promises! If he says he is calling you ….you won’t have to doubt. He will call you! When you get independent contractors involved with work on anything you never know what might get. I have had nightmare experiences with work done on my home in the past.
